We accept all major credit and debit cards, ensuring a smooth and convenient payment process for our customers. Our partnership with Wix Payments allows us to handle all transactions safely and securely, giving you peace of mind while you shop.

Refund & Exchange Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, and we're here to help resolve any issues you may encounter.

Our exchange policy allows for returns within 7 to 10 working days, the items are in their original, undamaged packaging and unused. Your happiness is our priority! We will exchange goods to the original address on the order details held.

We always recommend trying out a Wax Melt pack before a candle if you are not sure about the Fragrance.

We do not offer exchanges on goods if you don't like the scent ordered.

We currently provide refunds exclusively for faulty goods.

We take any issues very seriously and aim to resolve them promptly. Please use the Contact Us form to provide your order number, details of the issue and any relevant photos.

We will work diligently to address your concerns as quickly as possible. Please note that refunds will only be issued to the original cardholder and may take 5-7 working days to process.
